Description
The PRO WELD CD-212 Stud Welder is a capacitor discharge stud welding system designed for use with various metals, including aluminum, brass, copper, galvanized, stainless steel, steel, and zinc-coated materials. Operating on single-phase 110 V AC input, it provides an adjustable output range of 45–195 V DC and features a lightweight, solid-state design. The welder can attach studs from 14 gauge to 1/4 inch diameter to materials as thin as 0.015 inch without burn-through. It comes equipped with a power control unit, weld gun, and ground cable for setup and operation.
