Quikrete ReCap is polymer modified and shrinkage compendated. Its high strength portland cement based repair material is designed for horizontal concrete repairs of large and small areas to spalled cracked or pitted concrete floors driveways sidewalks steps or other horizonal concrete surfaces. It bonds excellently to clean structurally sound concrete without the need for a bonding agent.
