Description
SHARPE VALVES 4371001540 is a 1-1/4 in. piston check valve with an inline forged carbon steel body and FNPT x FNPT connections. It is intended for steam and water system applications within specified ratings, using a guided piston mechanism to support one-way flow applications with closure when flow stops or reverses. This horizontal-mount valve features a 24 psi cracking pressure, single-flow design, and standard check valve configuration.

- Size and connections: 1-1/4 in. nominal valve size with female NPT threaded ends; FNPT x FNPT connection type.
- Body and construction: Forged carbon steel body with inline piston body design.
- Internal materials: 316 stainless steel check mechanism and spring; Stellite seat; 304 stainless steel and graphite seal materials.
- Flow rating: Cv 14 with rated flow of 28 gpm.
- Pressure ratings: 2,000 psi water pressure at 100 Degrees F, 800 psi WSP steam pressure, and 1,600 psi maximum operating pressure.
- Temperature range: 0 to 800 Degrees F.
- Mounting: Horizontal orientation.
- Standards: Meets multiple API, ASME, and NACE standards.
