The STARRETT C11H-12-4R is a 12 in combination square set with a square head and steel blade for measuring and layout work. It includes a cast iron square head with a black wrinkle finish and a hardened steel blade with a satin chrome finish. The set also includes a reversible lock bolt, scriber, and spirit level, and uses an SAE inch scale with 4R graduations.
