Description
Tiger Aluminum 7 inch type 27 grinding wheels are specifically designed for high performance grinding and extended wheel life on aluminum. These wheels blend abrasive grains with Weiler’s non-loading formula, resulting in a fast and consistent cut rate on aluminum. The flat profile with depressed center allows for a wide range of grinding angles (0-45°) with a right angle grinder. Ideal for heavy stock removal, scale removal, weld removal, weld blending, edge beveling and torch-cut softening. The 7/8" open arbor offers a cost-effective mounting option when using adapting nuts. Non-loading formula keeps the wheel from gumming up, allowing operators to get more work done in less time without compromising durability. Silicon carbide and aluminum oxide blend delivers a consistently high cut rate throughout the life of the wheel. Contaminant-free wheels deliver a worry-free solution for aluminum applications. Designed with fiberglass cut back from the edge to provide instant aggressive grinding right out of the box. Triple fiberglass reinforcement provides added strength for aggressive stock removal.
