The ZW3870XLTF Aqua-Gard Thermostatic Mixing Valve TMV helps ensure health care facilities can effectively and safely mitigate pathogen risks. Zurn TMVs allow for efficient temperature regulation at point of use to prevent scalding injuries, allowing system temperatures to be high enough to discourage pathogen growth. The ZW3870XLTF offers an additional feature in its thermal flush mode capability, which allows maintenance personnel to temporarily override the valves anti-scald function and flush the downstream system with high-temperature water. Designed with health care facilities in mind, the valve prioritizes user health and comfort, whether it be in a hospital, clinic or nursing home.
