The ZORO SELECT - 40HC111N012 is a stainless steel half coupling designed for connecting pipes or tubes with one end shortened to engage a single pipe. Made from 304 stainless steel, this half coupling is intended for use in air, natural gas, non-potable water, oil, potable water, and steam systems within Class 150 pressure ratings. It features female National Pipe Taper (FNPT) threaded connections on both ends sized at 1/2 inch with 14 threads per inch, allowing it to join or reduce branch connections where a full-length coupling is unnecessary. It is rated to Class 150 pressure standards with a maximum operating pressure of 300 psi and a maximum steam pressure of 150 psi. Key Features:
