It features a T-shaped design with one branch outlet of smaller diameter (1/2 in) connecting to two larger main lines (1 in). Each connection side utilizes butt weld ends for joining pipes, and the fitting is compatible with pipe schedule 10. It is designed to divert or branch fluid or gas flow while allowing connection between different pipe sizes. This fitting is constructed to operate under a maximum internal pressure rating of 275 psi at 150 degrees Fahrenheit and complies with ASTM A403, ASTM A960, ASTM B16.9, and MSS SP-43 standards.
