Constructed from corrosion-resistant 316 stainless steel, it is rated for use with air, natural gas, oil, potable water, and steam. Its design is engineered to meet pressure testing standards for leak-tightness, facilitating accurate measurement and process control. The fitting has internal and external NPT threads on opposite ends, with a female connection on one side and a male connection on the other.
