Baldor-reliance bc142, dc drive, 1.5 hp, 0-180vdc, chassis mount chassis mount scr controls have a free-wheeling diode and feature adjustable accel, decal, current limit, ir comp, min and max speed pots to match applications. The anti-demag features protects pm motors and helps protect the scr power bridge against direct shorts. The controls have ul and cul component recognition. product overview: chassis scr control single voltage optional heatsink bc143 heatsink kit is available to increase the drives capabilities to handle a higher output power rating. if the bc143 heatsink is added, the unit will be able to handle up to 3 hp at 180 vdc. note: a plug-in horsepower resistor and armature fuse must be ordered and installed in all versions of bc141 and bc142 controllers. horsepower resistors should be selected based on the motor's rated current.
