Outdoor Deep Fryer, 2 Baskets 57,000 BTU Outdoor Fryer, 4.37-Gal Oil Capacity

Not Just for Camping The Hike Crew Propane Deep Fryer is built to feed a crowd wherever you set it up - campsite, tailgate, or backyard cookout. With 4.37 gallons of oil capacity and 57,000 BTU of heat, it handles serious batches of fried chicken, fish, shrimp, and fries without slowing down. Golden and Crispy, Every Batch A horizontal rear-burner system tunnels hot air through the unit for faster, more even heating before venting out the back. Oil hits the ideal 325-350 DegF frying range in under 15 minutes and stays cleaner longer, so the fifth batch tastes as good as the first. Fire It Up, Keep an Eye on It, Clean It Up Fast Weatherproof push-button ignition means no matches or lighters - just press and cook. The built-in thermometer’s color-coded warning zone keeps oil temperature in check at a glance, and a flame regulator valve lets you fine-tune the heat. When the cookout winds down, the built-in drain lever and flexible hose make emptying the oil quick and mess-free. Two Baskets Means Twice the Menu Fry two foods side by side - wings and onion rings, or shrimp and hushpuppies - with two stainless baskets and cool-to-touch handles that keep hands safe near the heat. Ready When You Are All hardware, an Allen wrench, and an illustrated step-by-step manual come in the box, so setup takes minutes, not hours. The fryer runs on any standard 20-lb propane tank (tank not included) through a CSA-approved gas regulator and hose. Want more? Add the optional side shelf assembly for instant prep space, or the optional wheel assembly with locking stoppers for easy rolling - both sold separately. Adult assembly required.
