The built-in thermometer with a color-coded warning zone keeps you informed of oil temperature at a glance, so every batch comes out consistent. A horizontal rear burner system sets this fryer apart. Once lit, hot air tunnels through the unit and heats the oil evenly before exiting through the rear exhaust vent - resulting in faster heating, cleaner oil, and more consistent frying batch after batch, whether you're making fried chicken, french fries, onion rings, wings, shrimp, or hushpuppies.
