69640C; Class III Receiver Hitch; GM Equinox/Terrain Fit; 2" Receiver 4,500 lb

The Husky Towing 69640C Class III Receiver Hitch is a vehicle-specific towing solution engineered to deliver a precise, factory-style fit for GM Equinox and GMC Terrain applications. Designed and rigorously tested to SAE J684 safety standards, this hitch supports both weight carrying and weight distributing towing, making it a versatile foundation for trailers, cargo carriers, bike racks, and other 2-inch receiver-mounted accessories. Manufactured from high-strength steel, the hitch features a square tube welded construction for superior durability and load control. A welded seamless collar reinforces the receiver opening to enhance structural integrity under towing loads, while the open-back receiver design allows for easier cleaning and debris removal to help maintain long-term performance. For corrosion protection, the hitch is co-cured in a rust-resistant liquid Bonderite coating and finished with a black powder coat, providing comprehensive inside-and-out protection against road salt, moisture, and the elements. Installation is designed to be straightforward and vehicle-friendly. The Husky Towing 69640C installs using a bolt-on method, requires no drilling or cutting, and has an estimated installation time of approximately 1.5 hours. All necessary mounting hardware is included; a ball mount is not included and is sold separately. The hitch is not intended for use with roll pans. Backed by a limited lifetime warranty, the Husky Towing 69640C delivers dependable strength, precise fitment, and long-lasting corrosion resistance-providing confidence for everyday towing needs on GM Equinox and GMC Terrain vehicles.
