Description

The Leonard TM-2020B-LF-DT-RF is a high-capacity thermostatic mixing valve assembly utilized for hot water applications. It is constructed with a bronze body and NBR seals.

Flow and Pressure Specifications:

  • Flow Rate Capacity: Manages water flow from a minimum of 1 gpm up to 214 gpm.
  • Pressure Range: Operates at a minimum pressure of 30 psi and a maximum pressure of 125 psi.
  • Connections: Features 2-inch NPT connections for the hot inlet, cold inlet, and mixed water outlet. Temperature Regulation:
    • Adjustable Range: Provides an outlet temperature range of 60°F to 200°F.
    • Hot Inlet Requirements: Accommodates hot water supply temperatures between 120°F and 200°F.
    • Cold Inlet Requirements: Accommodates cold water supply temperatures between 40°F and 85°F.
    • Control Features: Equipped with locking temperature regulating handles and an adjustable limit stop set. Assembly Components:
      • This model is supplied as a complete manifold assembly including:
        • Monitoring: A color-coded dial thermometer and integrated temperature gauge.
        • Shut-off and Safety: Outlet ball valve shut-offs and integral hot and cold supply check-stops.
