A machinery mover, also known as a machinery dolly, is a specialized tool designed to move heavy and bulky machinery safely and efficiently. It typically consists of a robust frame, wheels or casters, and a platform or deck to support the machinery.

Machinery movers are essential when relocating or repositioning heavy machinery within your facility. They provide a safe and controlled method of movement, reducing the risk of accidents and damage to both the machinery and your workspace.

When choosing a machinery mover, consider the weight capacity, the size and shape of the machinery to be moved, the type of flooring in your workspace, and any obstacles or narrow spaces you may encounter during the move.

Using machinery movers requires strict adherence to safety guidelines. Ensure the mover is rated for the weight of the machinery, engage multiple movers for heavy equipment, stabilize the machinery securely on the mover, check the wheels or casters before use, and operate the mover on level and stable surfaces.
