The Force Gauge / Digital Force Gauge can be used to measure both tensile and compressive forces with high accuracy. Tensile and compressive forces are often measured in the test laboratory. For example, to determine the yield point, the tear-off force or the force required to actuate buttons or switches. The Force Gauge / Digital Force Gauge is supplied with an external measuring cell and can measure forces of up to 50 kN / 50,000 N / 11,240.4 lbf. Various eyelets or hooks with an M20 thread can be attached to the measuring cells. It is also possible to attach your own devices to the measuring cell using these threads. The internal memory of 32 GB offers space for 30 million measuring points. This allows measurement logs to be created, saved and exported. The Force Gauge / Digital Force Gauge has a USB-C interface that can be used to read the measurement data into the PC software. The Force Gauge / Digital Force Gauge is equipped with a graphic LCD that displays the measured values both numerically and graphically. In addition, a bar chart shows the measured value in the selected measuring range. The measuring cell is protected to IP67 and can therefore also be used in harsh industrial environments. Various force test stands are available for adapting the Force Gauge / Digital Force Gauge. A special feature of the Force Gauge / Digital Force Gauge is the possibility to exchange the measuring cell between the models. By entering the sensitivity in mV/V, all measuring cells can be used with just one handheld device.
