For this purpose, we have developed software that drastically reduces the measurement process and the effort required for documentation. With just a few steps, the measurements can be transferred to a PC, evaluated, exported, and documented. We provide suitable interfaces e.g., Microsoft DLL or National Instruments LabVIEW for integration into an automated test sequence.
