The closing force measuring device is an electronic device for power-operated windows in the automotive sector. Typical applications include testing and production in the automotive industry. For this purpose, we have developed a device that is characterized by its ease of use for repeatable measurements. Due to the requirements of various common standards, we offer the device with different spring stiffnesses. It is also increasingly being used by technical inspection institutions. Its uncompromising design combines precision with practical robustness and ensures accurate measurement values even after years of use in harsh environments.Fast and easy execution is crucial for measurement setups in testing and production. For this purpose, we have developed software that drastically reduces the measurement process and the effort required for documentation. With just a few steps, the measurements can be transferred to a PC, evaluated, exported, and documented. We provide suitable interfaces e.g., Microsoft DLL or National Instruments LabVIEW for integration into an automated test sequence.
