Description
The RHEEM-RUUD ES120-18-G is a commercial electric tank water heater with a 120 gallon capacity, 18,000 W input, and 480V AC operation. It is designed for whole-house and general commercial hot water service, using electric heating elements and an automatic thermostat to maintain water temperature. This unit is configured for single or three-phase power and provides recovery rates up to 149 gph at a 50°F rise, with a maximum delivered temperature of 181°F.

- Three stainless steel elements: Uses stainless steel heating elements for electric water heating.
- 1-1/2 in NPT water connections: Hot outlet and cold inlet both use 1-1/2 in NPT connections; connection location is side inlet with top hot outlet.
- Factory-included valves: Includes a brass drain valve and factory-installed temperature and pressure relief valve.
- Tank construction: Features a vitreous glass tank lining, steel outer shell with porcelain enamel finish, and polyurethane insulation.
- Physical size: Measures approximately 67.6 in high, 30.3 in wide, and 36 in deep, with a 30.25 in tank diameter.
- Pressure rating: Maximum water pressure of 150 psi.
- Thermal efficiency: Rated at 98% thermal efficiency.
