Description
This Sharpe gate valve is an 8 in nominal size, Class 150 flanged valve (150# flange connection, ANSI Flange Class 150) with a CF8M stainless steel body, bonnet, and wedge. It has a rising stem (316 stainless steel), flexible wedge style, RPTFE seal, stainless steel seat, and a bolted bonnet with 8 flange bolt holes on each side. Maximum operating pressure is 275 psi (CWP), with an operating temperature range of -20°F to 450°F. It's rated for water media. The valve is operated via a wheel handle (ductile iron), with an inlet-to-outlet length of 11-1/2 in and a handle diameter of 13.78 in. The valve is certified to API 598, API 603, and ASME B16.34 standards. Manufactured in China.
