The WHEELER-REX 3890-18 is a hydraulic pipe cutter for cutting cast iron, tile, and concrete pipe within the specified diameter range. It performs cutting via a squeeze action; rotation is not required during cutting, requiring 2 to 3 inches of clearance for operation (as specified). The cutter is compatible with a remote hydraulic hand pump (within the specified pressure range) and is intended for cutting soil pipe with wall thicknesses within the applicable range for use with pipe diameters of 4 to 18 inches.
