Description
The CHICAGO-LATROBE 57850 is a jobber length drill bit set consisting of 29 cobalt drill bits sized from 1/16" to 1/2" in fractional inch measurements. It has split point tips with a 135-degree point angle and a right-hand spiral direction. The set is intended for drilling applications in the listed materials: aluminum, cast iron, hardened steel, stainless steel, steel, and titanium (as applicable to the workpiece and cutting conditions). Each drill bit in the set has a straight shank and has overall lengths ranging from 1 7/8 inches up to 6 inches. The set is supplied in a metal drill index for organization and storage.
