Description

The Gast 87R642-101R-N470X is an oil-free, twin-cylinder rocking piston air compressor. It operates on 115/230V AC single-phase power at 50 Hz, 60 Hz at a rated 1/2 hp output, in a tankless configuration. The oil-free design means the compression chamber runs without lubricant. It provides a free-air delivery ranging from 1.8 CFM at 100 psi up to 4.3 CFM at 0 psi, a maximum continuous pressure of 50 psi, and a maximum vacuum of 25 in Hg. It has a maximum speed of 1,725 RPM, a full-load current of 5.7/2.8 A, and a measured sound level of 65 dBA. The operating temperature range is 41 to 104°F. Construction includes an aluminum cylinder, an electric motor, and stainless steel valves. Air connections are 1/4 in NPT inlet and outlet.
