DLBX-PF-55G continuously monitors liquid level via a built-in suction tube and float-switch assembly, triggering both a loud audible buzzer and a bright LED indicator when the drum reaches a preset low point. Installation is straightforward, simply thread into the drum’s 2-inch buttress-type bung opening, and adjust to the desired alarm depth. This depth is secured with the thumb-screw. The unit is ready for use once the battery is connected and the suction line is routed to the pump or discharge system, after which it automatically monitors for low-level conditions whenever liquid is drawn from the drum. Because it combines a rugged, chemical-resistant body, simple adjustment, and long-lasting battery operation, the DLBX-PF-55G is well suited for batch-processing lines, chemical dispensing stations, and other applications where running a drum dry could cause downtime or equipment damage.
