A better alternative than traditional pool sand, this media can be used in any backwash filter housing. The highest quality back wash media only requires two-thirds the amount of your standard pool sand media. GreenStory back wash media is NOT sand and offers improved filtration. The Premium grade has the same great particulate filtration as our Base Grade, but also includes and patented hydrocarbon removal to keep water clear of oils, lotions, and sunscreens allowing your pool chemicals to work better.
