Description

This Sandpiper double diaphragm pump has a 316 stainless steel wetted housing (stainless steel overall) and is air-operated, using a single-port manifold connection. Diaphragm material is neoprene, with PTFE check seats and PTFE ball valves. Air intake connection is 3/4 in NPT, with a maximum air intake/operating pressure of 125 psi. Media intake and discharge connections are both 1-1/2 in NPT (intake located top, discharge located bottom). Maximum flow rate is 122 gpm, with a maximum feet of head of 289 ft and NPSHr of 5 ft of head. Self-priming capability is rated at 20 ft dry and 25 ft wet. Maximum solid handling size is 1/4 in diameter. Media temperature range is -35°F to 220°F. The pump is certified to ABS Type Approved, CE, EAC, and ISO standards, with ATEX, ABS, CE, and EAC agency compliance. It carries a 5-year manufacturer's warranty and is manufactured in the United States.
