Description
The ZS 80 2O/2S WVD is a heavy duty emergency pull wire switch designed for long conveyor systems and industrial machinery requiring reliable emergency stop functionality. It features a robust aluminum die cast enclosure with a reinforced thermoplastic cover, providing IP67 protection for demanding environments. The device integrates a position indicator and an emergency stop push button, enabling both wire actuated and manual shutdown. It supports wire lengths up to 328ft / 100m and includes a 100 N spring force variant for stable tensioning. The switch uses slow action, positive break contacts (2 NC / 2 NO) and offers wire pull and wire break detection for enhanced safety. Mechanical life exceeding 100,000 operations. Three M20 cable entries and dual 4 pole terminal blocks simplify installation. Suitable for conveyor lines, processing equipment, and general industrial safety applications.
