Description
The ZS 71 2O/1S WVD / 100 N is a compact emergency pull wire switch engineered for machinery and conveyor systems requiring up to 114ft / 35m wire length. Its aluminum die cast enclosure and reinforced thermoplastic cover provide IP65 protection. The unit includes a 100 N spring force variant for stable wire tension and incorporates wire pull and wire break detection. A watertight collar protects the mechanism from contamination. The switch uses snap action, positive break contacts (2 NC / 1 NO) and includes a push button release (VD). It offers IP65 protection and a mechanical life exceeding 100,000 operations. Two M20 cable entries and screw terminals support straightforward wiring. Ideal for compact conveyor systems, packaging lines, and general industrial safety installations.
