56J frame face pump motors have a shaft diameter of ⅝” and are typically used in pools, spas and shallow wells. Considerations when buying a pump include horsepower, voltage, full load amps, hertz (HZ), frame (FR), diameter and RPM. Also see our vertical mount pump motors and, if you’re replacing your pump motor, be sure to also replace your shaft seals, too.
